The Student Government copier allows Student Organizations to print from their office computers and make copies at the copier.
Packages start at 500 pages for $10. This includes the cost of paper, toner, maintenance, and staples.
The number of pages purchased needs to be divided up between prints from the computer and number of copies at the printer. IT (Information Technology) will install the copier as a printer on Student Org computer to make it easy to print. Printing from the computer allows for two sided printing, booklets, and stapling just like making copies from a copier.
If a Student Org does not want to print from their computer or does not have an office in the Student Center they may choose to allocate all the pages purchased to making copies directly at the copier.
For Student Orgs with offices: it is much more cost effective to print to our copier. Student Government makes sure it is maintained, stocked with paper and staples. A printed page from our copier only costs .02 cents.
Payment for copies will be deducted from a Student Org's X-fund. Payment will only be accepted as an X-fund transfer.
Remaining pages at the end of the academic year will transfer over to the next academic year.
More pages can be purchased at any time by refilling out this form.
